Ingredients (4 servings)
| 40g/1.4oz Malony | 
| 2 (100g/3.5oz) chicken breast | 
| 1 tomato | 
| 1/2 cucumber | 
| Your favorite salad dressing to taste ※1 | 
Directions
| 1. | Boil the Malony for 5 minutes, put it in a colander, cool it down under running water, and then drain off the water. | 
| 2. | Boil the chicken pieces for 3 minutes, and then leave them in the water to cool down. When they cool, cut them into thin pieces. | 
| 3. | Cut the tomato in half and then into thin slices. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then cut it diagonally into thin slices. | 
| 4. | Arrange all the ingredients in a serving dish and pour your favorite dressing over it. |
