You can make Yakisoba easily using only a frying pan.
Ingredients (1 serving)
| 50g/1.8oz Malony |
| 1/5 carrot |
| 1/8 onion |
| 2 leaves of cabbage |
| 50g/1.8oz pork belly |
| 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil |
| 300ml water |
| 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoon oyster sauce |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| A pinch of pepper |
| Appropriate amount of seaweed flakes |
| Dried bonito |
| Red pickled ginger |
Directions
| 1. | Cut the carrot into stripes, slice the onion, and cut the cabbage and pork belly into bite-sized pieces. |
| 2. | Fry the pork belly with vegetable oil until browned, then add and fry the vegetables. |
| 3. | Add the water and bring it to a boil, then boil the Malony on high heat for about 3 minutes. |
| 4. | Add the Worcestershire sauce and oyster sauce and keep frying. Season with salt and pepper. |
| 5. | Place in a plate, then add seaweed flakes, dried bonito, red pickled ginger as you like. |
