Spaghetti Neapolitan is a very popular Japanese pasta dish.
Using Malony is an easy and effective way to reduce caloric intake!

Ingredients (1 serving)

50g/1.8oz Malony
1/4 onion
25g/0.9oz carrot
1 green pepper
2 sausages
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons ketchup
300ml water
1&1/2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
A dash of salt
A pinch of pepper
Grated cheese (to taste)


1. Slice the onion, carrot, and green pepper.
2. Cut the sausages diagonally.
3. Fry the onion with olive oil until it softens.
4. Add the carrot, green pepper and sausage to the pan then fry them.
5. Add the water and bring it to a boil, then boil the Malony on high heat for about 3 minutes.
6. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
7. Put in a serving dish, and sprinkle grated cheese as you like.
