Spaghetti Neapolitan is a very popular Japanese pasta dish. 
Using Malony is an easy and effective way to reduce caloric intake!
Ingredients (1 serving)
| 50g/1.8oz Malony | 
| 1/4 onion | 
| 25g/0.9oz carrot | 
| 1 green pepper | 
| 2 sausages | 
| 1 tablespoon olive oil | 
| 3 tablespoons ketchup | 
| 300ml water | 
| 1&1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | 
| A dash of salt | 
| A pinch of pepper | 
| Grated cheese (to taste) | 
Directions
| 1. | Slice the onion, carrot, and green pepper. | 
| 2. | Cut the sausages diagonally. | 
| 3. | Fry the onion with olive oil until it softens. | 
| 4. | Add the carrot, green pepper and sausage to the pan then fry them. | 
| 5. | Add the water and bring it to a boil, then boil the Malony on high heat for about 3 minutes. | 
| 6. | Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. | 
| 7. | Put in a serving dish, and sprinkle grated cheese as you like. |
