Use Malony to make the Korean dish "Chapchae". 
Since no special seasoning is used, the recipe is surprisingly easy.
Ingredients (4 servings)
| 60g/2.1oz Malony | 
| 120g/4.2oz beef for grilling (thinly sliced) | 
| 60g/2.1oz carrot | 
| 60g/2.1oz red bell pepper | 
| 1/2 onion | 
| 20g/0.7oz Chinese chive | 
| 1 tablespoon vegetable oil | 
| 5 tablespoons Yakiniku sauce | 
Directions
| 1. | Boil the Malony for 3 minutes, put it in a colander, cool it down under running water, and then drain off the water. | 
| 2. | Cut the beef into bite size pieces, shred the carrot and red bell pepper. Slice the onion, cut the Chinese chive about 5cm/2in in length. | 
| 3. | Fry the beef with vegetable oil, add all the vegetables, aside from the Chinese chives, then fry them. | 
| 4. | When the vegetables become tender, add the Malony, the Chinese chives and Yakiniku sauce, then stir fry them. |
