Ingredients (2 servings)
25g/0.9oz Malony |
100ml coconut milk |
150ml milk |
50ml low-fat fresh cream |
30g/1.1oz sugar |
20g/0.7oz sugar-glazed beans |
4 Chinese wolfberries |
Directions
1. | Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water, and drain off the water well. |
2. | Put the coconut milk, milk, fresh cream and sugar in a pot and warm them. Mix them well until they simmer. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and then cool it further in the refrigerator. |
3. | Put the Malony in a bowl, pour the mixture from step 2 on the Malony, and sprinkle with the sugar-glazed beans and wolfberries. |
