Use Malony instead of tapioca pearls and, presto, your summer dessert is ready instantly.

Ingredients (2 servings)

25g/0.9oz Malony
100ml coconut milk
150ml milk
50ml low-fat fresh cream
30g/1.1oz sugar
20g/0.7oz sugar-glazed beans
4 Chinese wolfberries

Directions

1. Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water, and drain off the water well.
2. Put the coconut milk, milk, fresh cream and sugar in a pot and warm them. Mix them well until they simmer. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and then cool it further in the refrigerator.
3. Put the Malony in a bowl, pour the mixture from step 2 on the Malony, and sprinkle with the sugar-glazed beans and wolfberries.
