Ingredients (1 servings)

50g/1.8oz Malony
30g/1.1oz peperoncino sauce (commercially-available pasta sauce)
Garlic chips (as you like)
Parsley (as you like)

Directions

1. Boil Malony for 4 minutes to a texture a little harder than usual, put it in a colander, and drain off the water.
2. Put the pasta sauce and Malony in a bowl and mix them well.
3. Place the mixture in a serving dish and dress it with garlic chips and parsley.
