Enjoy this hearty salad with ripe red tomato, fresh cucumber and juicy chicken.

Ingredients (4 servings)

40g/1.4oz Malony
2 (100g/3.5oz) chicken breast tender pieces
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
Your favorite salad dressing (as you like)

Directions

1. Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water, and then drain off the water.
2. Cook the chicken pieces in boiling water for 3 minutes, and then leave them in the water to cool down. When they cool, tear them into thin pieces.
3. Cut the tomato in half and then into thin slices. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then cut it diagonally into thin slices.
4. Arrange all the ingredients in a serving dish beautifully and pour your favorite dressing over it.
