Ingredients (4 servings)
40g/1.4oz Malony |
2 (100g/3.5oz) chicken breast tender pieces |
1 tomato |
1/2 cucumber |
Your favorite salad dressing (as you like) |
Directions
1. | Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water, and then drain off the water. |
2. | Cook the chicken pieces in boiling water for 3 minutes, and then leave them in the water to cool down. When they cool, tear them into thin pieces. |
3. | Cut the tomato in half and then into thin slices. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then cut it diagonally into thin slices. |
4. | Arrange all the ingredients in a serving dish beautifully and pour your favorite dressing over it. |
